One of my consulting clients wants me to become their employee. Should I do it?

I would not recommend signing on as a full-time employee. Instead, look at a monthly retainer for up to so many hours per month and then charge a higher rate for any overages.

I’m an RN midwife doing over 100 births a year. I’ve already turned down 67 this year. How can I leverage my position?

How can you leverage teaching and showing others how to do what you’re doing. That’s where the riches are. This will allow you to move from linear to residual income.

Now I’m 90-years old and on top of the world!

I’m 80 years old. How can I best help the temporarily sheltered teenagers in my town?
