What healthy habits do you attribute to your success as a leader?
There is nothing that contributes more to my success than my reverence for the first 30 minutes of the day. It prepares my mind, body and spirit for anything the day brings.
In that period of time, I do not check phone, text, email, social media or news of any kind. That’s not what I want in my brain during those first minutes of the day.
If you win the morning, you can win the day.

- Movement
- Meditation
- Mastery – move towards something new
