No it’s really not. In this episode I contrast the theories outlined in Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell and Range by David Epstein. It seems that people who are extraordinarily successful often experiment with a whole lot of things before they find their best fit. The old theory that you have to start when you’re three years old and put in your 10,000 hours may not be true. So it’s not too late if you’re in your 30s, 40s or 50s to find what you’re that sweet spot where your talent, passion and money come together.
