And it typically then includes blaming, criticizing, pointing fingers, and explaining why it’s not their fault.

I think you’re on the right track in terms of trends but I don’t think it is going to longlasting in terms of providing anyone security. I think the soft skills that we can develop are going to give us insulation from artificial intelligence and being replaced. I love podcasting. There are still opportunities there in podcasting, but you need to be sure that it’s something that fits you well and that you enjoy. Experiment with various options. My observation is that there are a lot of legal firms practicing in the area of environmental sustainability. Many companies now have a Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO). I think you can find a lot of opportunities to move into that area.

I have a dream, an impossible dream! A dream so foolish that I’d be an idiot to try it—and so glorious that I’d be stupid not to go for it!
