Quotation – “Try to feel defeated and smile big at the same time. You can’t. A big smile gives you confidence and beats fear, rolls away worry, and defeats despondency.” David Schwartz

Thank you Dan! I needed to be reminded about what a smile can do today. It’s just been one of those days but seeing you smile like that well, we all know what happens when we see someone else smile. So I’m smiling and I’m going to go out there and smile really big making someone else smile.
Ah thanks Camilla. Just pass it along – a smile really is contagious.
Great information and feedback on having a degree, Dan! In my customer service work environment, everyone has a degree and they cover a wide span of specialties. What I look for during the hiring process are those individuals that obtained their degree not to “get a job,” but rather to learn how to think. I will offer this suggestion to your audience…”how does your training and background improve the way you think about challenges and offer solutions?” This is a marketable quality. Thanks again for the work your do which is impacting my thinking.
You the man, Dan! I loved the advice you gave the guy who asked about being too honest in a job interview. You did an excellent job explaining how to “frame” the conversation. I think this is a grey area where too many people lean to the dark side. It was so refreshing to hear you say, “never lie” on a job interview. I really appreciate you wisdom. Rock on!
David – thanks so much for your comments.
