“Why is it so hard to figure out the “what” in choosing a small business to start?”

I have had NUMEROUS interviews that they seemed excited and then all of a sudden, it flops.

I’m at an impasse and don’t know where to take my skills.

I want to strike it on my own but I have this fear of not getting any business.

I am retiring from the government after 31 years and have started a leadership consulting business. It just so happens that I retire “48 days” from today. I am looking for some simple checklist items to follow to cover the bases to get this going in the right direction.
