48Days.net member Jack Warren from Illinois posted a forum question, wondering what it is about attending events at the Sanctuary that make them so special. A reasonable question – isn’t it just one more time of sitting in a seat hearing new and helpful information? This week we’ll have another gang here for Coaching with Excellence and 
spots are being filled quickly for another Innovate coming up May 22-23.
Let’s just take a quick look at the things that may make a visit to the Sanctuary different from any training event you’ve ever attended. Here are a few things people have experienced while learning how to live more fully.

- Seeing Aristotle – the eagle carved from a cedar tree
- Having dessert in Dan & Joanne’s peaceful home
- Hearing the sounds of nature rather than horns and sirens
- Sharing life together with others serious about living more fully

For those that haven’t been to a live event at Dan’s it really is amazing. You will leave having gotten so much more than you ever expected. The list Dan names above is just some of the things you may get to experience. Getting to attend one of these events is truly a gift, especially as they only allow up to 48 attendees. Not to gross anyone out, but I remember bein so suprised the first time I went as I thought gee anyone in this room could be close enough to spit on Dan’s shoes – not that anyone would but that is amazing to be at a conference were each presenter is so up close and personal.

I can attest to the special and unique atmosphere of the Sanctuary. It really is a magical place. Last time I was there I told you it felt like we were all in Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory. It’s kind of this place where an alternate reality exists and helps create new realities for people who visit. It’s a one of a kind experience you won’t get anywhere else.

My wife and I attended recently, in fact we’re in the picture! If you’re any kind of Dan fan at all this is the getaway for you. Jam packed with great information and greater inspiration.
I can attest that everything about the Sanctuary is true. It is WONDERFUL! I went for the first time for Coaching with Excellence and can’t wait to go back. The people were incredible, the food delicious, Dan’s grandchildren are delightful, and you truly feel like a part of a family. Joanne and Ashley make you feel so welcome. Not to mention you’re with the Dan Miller! As a Leadership coach who helps women find their authentic purpose and voice, being at the Sanctuary brought clarity for my profession all at the same time.
