Coaching 101 Program
If you are truly serious about being a coach and want to be endorsed by 48 Days, the 48 Days Endorsed Coach “Coaching 101 Course” is for you. For $450, you will be equipped with the knowledge not only of what it takes to be a coach, but how to lay out your business plan and get approval from Career Expert Dan Miller.

Here are some of the components of the 48 Days Coaching 101 program:
- Worksheets and Audio Lessons – You’ll receive worksheets for each session and a full audio (48-60 minutes) of me walking you through the principles, both of doing the coaching, and of running your business.
- Competency Overview Form – This is a 15-page outline to help you describe your own understanding of coaching and to flesh out the business components that will ensure your success. Upon submitting that Competency Overview, I will review it and make any comments or suggestions I feel would be helpful. If it appears you are in fact prepared to coach successfully, we will position you as a 48 Days Endorsed Coach, providing you with your first year’s listing on our Coaches web page, and placing a green checkmark next to your name. You will also be granted the right to use the 48 Days Endorsed Coach logo in your promotional materials.
Again, upon submitting the Competency Overview and being approved, plus 40+ hours documented coaching experience, you will receive:
48 Days Endorsed Coach certificate/plaque
- First year’s listing as a 48 Days Endorsed Coach on the 48Days website designating you clearly as an endorsed coach. ($120 annual fee in following years.) This will have your professional picture, name, contact info, link to your personal website, and the 48 Days Endorsed Coach logo on it.
- Consideration for direct referrals. My coaching requests have skyrocketed this year and I now refer 99% of those requests to approximately 12 of our endorsed coaches.
- 48 Days Endorsed Coach logo to display on your website.
- The outline for the six sessions is as follows. You will clearly see that there is an alternating focus, going back and forth from “the practice of coaching” to “the business of coaching.”
