I’m interested in teaching this class; however, I’m not sure how to handle payment. I want to have the kits here to give people when they purchase, but I can’t buy them all up-front—any ideas?
We’ll work with you to set up a specific plan to make this feasible. We are happy to provide you with materials up front to promote your classes, and you will not need to pay until after your second official class. Please contact Ashley at customerservice@48days.com to set this up!
When do I need to have full payment in for the curriculum? Does the church/organization pay or do I?
Full payment is required by the second week of your classes. We keep all of the information on file to follow up. You may pay in one of four ways:
The Church/Organization cuts a check in the full amount to 48 Days, LLC (this allows them to put whatever price tag on the class, and just pay us the product cost)
You as the facilitator write a check to 48 Days, LLC (again, allows you to state the price and just pay us for the product)
You mail in the individual checks and credit card slips and we will process them here. DO NOT mail them in until you have the full amount!
You just purchase from us directly online—this is the easiest option! You can order the materials up front, or pay after you receive them and just make a note that it is for an order that has already been shipped.
**FOR TENNESSEANS: In order to be tax exempt, the Church must pay for the materials and provide us with a tax-exemption form. Individuals will be required to pay state tax. **
