You will have plenty of unscheduled time to mingle and create your own unique cruising experience. We’ll explore a group tour of San Juan on our first port stop. Speaker presentations will provide a lot of variety. But we want you to know this is your cruise – all presentations are optional. You simply choose what is meaningful for you. We are not scheduling any evening presentations as the cruise ship will provide great entertainment. Speakers or any cruisers may organize additional workshops or discussion groups. While dinner seating will be assigned, you may request any move that can be arranged. Cruises are very flexible and we can personalize it any way we wish. If you want to experience a particular event or port tour and would like to be with others in our group we’ll help you arrange that.

Dan & Joanne Miller:
Dan Miller, President of 48 Days LLC, specializes in creative thinking for increased personal and business success. He believes that meaningful work blends our natural skills and abilities, our unique personality traits and our dreams and passions. Dan is active in helping individuals redirect careers, evaluate new income sources, and achieve balanced living. He believes that a clear sense of direction can help us become all that God designed us to be.
Joanne has recently published her first two children’s books in the “I Wanna Be…” Series, and strives to create a true “haven of peace in a broken world.” Committed to personal priorities, Dan and Joanne have been happily married for over 42 years. They have three grown children, all entrepreneurs, and they enjoy spending time with their 9 grandchildren.

As the Vice President of Global Brand Operations for a very successful fashion accessory company headquartered in New York, she has enjoyed the kind of corporate job most people dream about, working for a great company traveling around the world, creating and developing teams that today service retailers in more than 80 countries.
But Deb decided it was time to fully leverage her strength and her passion. Pierce Marrs Pierce Marrs is a life long sales professional. He came from humble beginnings to be an expert in sales and communication. Pierce has successfully blended his personal beliefs of integrity, relationships and individual personalities to create a philosophy that is his own.
After twenty eight years in the field of sales, Pierce now coaches individuals and companies on relationship selling and refining the sales process. He is a speaker and writes a Monday morning blog and podcast entitled “The Sales Moment”.
Joel Boggess:
Joel Boggess is passionate about helping people get in touch with who they really are so that they can move confidently into the work and life they’ve always wanted. He is the founder of 4 Points Coaching and works with clients from the east coast to the west coast. He and his wife live in Dallas/Ft Worth area in Texas and have two registered therapy dogs, Bubba and Jake.
