    This is so true!  It your work does not have horizontal growth (in  more than one area of your life) and instead have only vertical growth (in one area of your life, you will always have  an unbalanced life as you will not be able to make deposits of success into the other areas.  Ultimately you will be chasing after money and yes it will be “self defeating”.  Great stuff Dan.
