Are you using your potential?

We all have different goals – and not everyone wants to be billionaire.  But are you being a good steward of the unique gifts God has given you?  I certainly don’t want to stand on Judgement Day and be told I was like the guy who received one talent – who then buried it and never developed it.

    Another good post and a provocative question?

    I think an obstacle that can stand in the way of a person’s desire to be a good steward has to do with the limitations or expectations put on them by (even well meaning) authority figures.

    For example, “You need to be more like your brother, sister, cousin, etc,” or, “You’ve never been good at that.”

    A podcast guest shared that in her experience, others sometimes expect you to adopt their motivations, Ex. “You should be motivated by this-and that.”
